Membership

Thank you for considering membership in the River City Rotary Club. We think River City Rotary is the best club in the Richmond area and perhaps a little different than your typical Rotary club.  Our meetings are informal and laid-back, and we pride ourselves on providing unique programs for our members.

Membership will also provide you the opportunity to have fun and enjoy fellowship while helping the community and building something great, side by side with our diverse and active members. Typically a person being considered for membership is invited by a current member to attend one or more club meetings to learn more about Rotary.  The sponsoring member may then submit the name of the candidate to the club’s membership committee.  If you would like to learn more about joining River City Rotary contact our membership chair (linked to email).

Expectations of all active members:

• Maintain no less that 50% attendance over each 6-month period

• Stay up-to-date with annual dues (several payment schedules are available)

• Participate in club committees and volunteer for club sponsored service projects
